We are looking for a Parts Professional to manage and provide technical guidance for all parts-related activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is well maintained and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of automotive parts and technologies.
• Assist in product displays and merchandising strategies.
• Resolve customer grievances and enhance the buying experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification in automotive parts management is desirable

Experience

• Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of parts cataloguing systems
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
