Job Description

As a Bead Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products. You'll meticulously inspect beads for defects, measure specifications, and keep accurate records of your findings. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects, flaws, or imperfections in beads.
  • Perform measurements and tests to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed reports.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any production process issues affecting bead quality.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Operate and maintain inspection equipment and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control processes.
  • Assist in the training of new quality control team members.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
