Job Description

As a Recreational Vehicle Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various systems within RVs. The role demands a high level of technical skill and customer service, ensuring that all vehicles are safe and fully operational.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose various RV systems for functionality and safety compliance.
  • Repair or replace components, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform regular inspections, including pre-delivery checks, to ensure high quality.
  • Provide customers with recommendations for maintenance and upgrades as required.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organised, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repairs and customer service.
  • Adhere to company policy and standards for safety and service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training in RV maintenance and repair is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in RV service and repair
