Responsibilities

• Control the operation of roll-making machines, ensuring production targets are met.
• Load and unload materials efficiently to maintain workflow.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and quality.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and document findings.
• Keep precise production logs to track outputs.
• Identify and resolve machine-related issues as they arise.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain cleanliness on the production floor.
• Work collaboratively to enhance production efficiency.
• Engage in preventative maintenance to avoid equipment failure.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation is an asset

Experience

• Experience in the printing or packaging industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing software
• Quality control tools

• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
