Embosser Operator

Job Description

The Embosser Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining embossing machines that produce intricate designs and patterns on various materials, including paper, plastic, and metal. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine setups and make necessary adjustments for production.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed without fail.
• Inspect and assess the quality of finished products.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve any issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in quality control would be an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in operating embossing machines is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Computer skills for recording and reporting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in production reporting: Ability to maintain detailed production logs and reports.
