Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Geography Teacher to join our faculty. As a postsecondary instructor, you will deliver engaging lectures, mentor students, and develop innovative curriculum that inspires a love of geography and environmental awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions on geographic topics.
  • Develop and update course content to reflect current trends and advancements in the field.
  • Evaluate and assess students' performance through various methods, providing timely feedback.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Actively participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to enhance the educational experience.
  • Encourage student engagement and participation in class discussions and projects.
  • Utilise educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development and networking opportunities to stay current in the field.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Geography or related field is preferred
