We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced robotic welding equipment, ensuring high-quality welds meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up welding machines according to specifications.
• Adjust parameters for optimal welding performance.
• Conduct inspections of welds and report on quality standards.
• Engage with team members to share best practices and improve processes.
• Adhere to protocols for safety and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Welding Certification (e.g., AWS or equivalent)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven track record of producing high-quality welds and a minimum of 2 years of experience in robotic welding

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Metallurgy: Good understanding of materials and their properties as they relate to welding.
