Job Description

As a Dial Refinisher, you will play a crucial role in restoring the beauty of luxury watches and clocks. You will be responsible for refinishing dials, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and precision. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work with very small parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of finished dials to ensure they meet luxury standards.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques for dial refinishing.
• Document the refinement process for future reference and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a watchmaking or similar program is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in dial refinishing and/or watchmaking is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with industry standards
• Experience with watchmaking tools

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with other watch/clock repair and maintenance tasks: Broad experience in various watch and clock repair processes.
