We are seeking an experienced Cabin Crew Manager to lead our team in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will oversee cabin crew operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to safety protocols. You'll play a key role in training and developing our crew members, maintaining high standards for passenger care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach cabin crew members during flights.
• Monitor compliance with service standards and safety protocols.
• Manage incident reports and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Develop and maintain cabin crew training programs.
• Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with flight operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide feedback to upper management on crew performance and operational challenges.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new cabin crew members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in aviation or hospitality
