Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate production processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure team adherence to safety regulations through regular training.
• Enhance production management software for real-time monitoring.
• Work towards achieving sustainability goals in the production process.
• Lead initiatives for new product launches and scaling production.
• Coordinate with HR for workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Participate in supplier assessments and negotiations.
• Organise team meetings to review goals and celebrate successes.
• Assist in conflict resolution between team members to maintain harmony.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar
• MBA is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role within manufacturing
