Job Description

As a Drilling and Boring Machine Tool Setter/Operator, you will play a critical role in setting up and operating drilling machinery to meet production requirements. You will ensure precision in operations, perform maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up drilling equipment according to project requirements.
• Monitor drilling operations and adjust parameters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
• Document activities and report on production performance.
• Train junior operators in machine setup and operational procedures.
• Handle raw materials and components, ensuring readiness for manufacturing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in mechanical engineering or related field is desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Drill Setup Operator or similar role.
