Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Scheduling Coordinator based in Falkirk. You will support our project management team in coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maintaining clear communication between teams. Your organisational skills will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organise project activities, ensuring all resources are in place.
  • Prepare status reports and project updates for management.
  • Assist with the management of project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to coordinate project timelines.
  • Help facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and circulated.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Support project managers in their day-to-day activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Relevant Project Management certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant coordination experience in a project environment
