Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Processing Technician to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be primarily engaged in designing, developing, and testing semiconductor devices and circuits, while ensuring that production processes meet the highest quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing protocols for semiconductor products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Utilize software tools for data analysis and simulation of circuits.
• Monitor facility equipment and ensure optimum performance.
• Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to enhance product reliability.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with technologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues during production.
• Maintain a safe and effective work environment.
• Document all processes and findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing

• Python
• SEM/TEM Imaging

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Flexibility

Certifications

• Certified Semiconductor Technician (CST)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Emerging Semiconductor Technologies: Awareness and understanding of new technologies in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Failure Analysis Techniques: Ability to conduct failure analysis to improve product reliability.
