Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Non-Profit Program Manager to lead our initiatives in Reading. The ideal candidate will be skilled in program development, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement, with a firm commitment to making a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution of various community programs.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Evaluate the impact of programs on community needs.
  • Forge partnerships for community-based projects.
  • Promote diversity and inclusivity in all program activities.
  • Engage in continuous feedback and improvement processes.
  • Prepare and present reports to the board on program status.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Management is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in non-profit management
