Job Description

As a Production Leader, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that all targets are met efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance productivity and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and uphold hazardous waste management strategies.
• Oversee compliance with environmental legislation and standards.
• Lead the training and development of personnel on hazardous waste protocols.
• Evaluate and enhance waste disposal processes for effectiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on waste management activities.
• Stay informed about new regulations and technological advancements in waste management.
• Develop partnerships with external organizations for waste disposal solutions.
• Organize and participate in compliance inspections and audits.
• Implement best practices for hazardous waste handling and disposal.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or a related field is preferred
• Additional relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH)

Experience

• 5 years' experience in hazardous waste management with team leadership experience.
