Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production team. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and tend to shoe manufacturing machinery, ensuring precision and quality in every piece produced. Attention to detail is crucial as you will also inspect finished products for defects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Support the production team to achieve daily output goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current shoe manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience operating sewing or trimming machinery is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Experience with cutting tools
