Job Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to play a key role in the design and execution of our diverse projects in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in structural analysis, design methodologies, and sustainability practices. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on the community.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyse structures such as buildings, bridges, and other infrastructures.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and interns in the development of their skills.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
  • Utilise software tools for modeling and simulation of structures.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance during all project phases.
  • Provide innovative solutions for enhancing structural performance and sustainability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years relevant experience in structural engineering projects
