Job Description

As an IT Project Coordinator in Exeter, you will lead project planning, execution, and monitoring. You will help streamline project workflows and provide insights to stakeholders, ensuring all projects align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within specified deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to foster a cohesive project environment.
  • Manage project-related documentation and maintain a central repository for project files.
  • Support the identification of project obstacles and propose solutions to team members.
  • Engage with clients to gather project requirements and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination or management
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
