Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Fitness Instructor in Cambridge, where you'll have the opportunity to motivate and train clients to achieve their fitness goals. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about health and fitness, and who can create dynamic training programmes tailored to individual needs. Your role will involve conducting personal training sessions, leading group classes, and providing expert advice on fitness and nutrition.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a diverse range of fitness classes for all levels of participants.
  • Track client attendance and progress, providing motivation and encouragement.
  • Assist in marketing fitness programs to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Organise events or workshops to promote wellness within the community.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving fitness offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is highly advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fitness training environment
