Job Description

The Waterworks Employee is responsible for operating and maintaining waterworks systems, ensuring the delivery of clean and safe water to customers. This role requires expertise in water treatment, distribution, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine health assessments and treatments on fish populations.
  • Ensure the maintenance of fish farm equipment and facilities.
  • Participate in harvesting activities, fish transportation, and stock inventory.
  • Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
  • Work with management to develop strategies for improving fish yield and sustainability.
  • Educate team members about sustainable practices and fish welfare.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aquaculture technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field highly desirable.
Experience
  • Preferably 1-2 years in aquaculture or related roles.
