Job Description

The Tube Sizer Operator will set up, operate, and maintain machinery used for sizing and finishing metal tubes, working in a production environment and ensuring all products meet required specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Work with quality inspectors to uphold product standards.
• Provide feedback on machinery upgrades or efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or related field
• Higher education qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years in a similar operational role

Technical Skills

• CNC machinery operation
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Familiarity with software used to design and plan production workflows.
• Proficiency in using power tools: Experience with various hand tools and machinery for manufacturing.
