Responsibilities

• Design and construct unique pottery pieces ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
• Experiment with different materials and techniques to enhance product offerings.
• Support team members in developing and implementing new production processes.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and feedback.
• Assist in marketing initiatives for promoting ceramic products.
• Stay informed about health and safety regulations related to kiln operation.
• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Formal education or training in ceramics or pottery is advantageous but not essential

Experience

• Prior experience in pottery or ceramics is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of pottery techniques and materials
• Ability to use pottery equipment and tools

Languages
