UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our team in London. You will be at the forefront of innovation, conducting user research to inform our design processes. Your insights will directly impact our products, ensuring they meet user needs whilst providing an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute various user research activities, including focus groups and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are embedded in product development.
• Utilize UX tools and software to analyse user interactions and improve user experiences.
• Document research processes and make recommendations for future studies.
• Promote a user-centered mindset within the organisation through training and education.
• Build and maintain relationships with external research partners and users for ongoing insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user research methodologies and techniques

• Qualitative Research

Certifications

• Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG and other accessibility guidelines for user interfaces.
• Experience conducting remote user testing: Familiarity with using online tools for remote user research.
