Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical care, including prescription management and patient consultations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing of our patients by providing expert advice and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
  • Develop and implement medication therapy management programs.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development activities.
  • Participate in health fairs and community outreach programs.
  • Enhance patient knowledge regarding medication adherence.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy
  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in community pharmacy preferred.
