Job Description

We invite applications for the position of Veterinary Surgeon at our busy Newcastle practice. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in veterinary medicine, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional veterinary medical services including diagnosis and treatment.
  • Lead surgical operations with precision and care.
  • Educate pet owners on preventive care and health management.
  • Work closely with a team of veterinarians and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational events related to pet health.
  • Help foster a positive clinic environment for staff and clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
  • Specialization in a veterinary field is an advantage

  • 3+ years in veterinary practice or a related field.
