Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Spa and Guest Experience Director to oversee spa operations and ensure the highest level of service for our guests. The successful candidate will manage a talented team, implement guest experience strategies, and uphold our brand's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations and manage team performance.
  • Design and implement innovative spa programmes and treatments.
  • Utilize customer feedback for service enhancements.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Organise team-building and staff development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in spa or hospitality environment
