Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests upon arrival.
• Address any queries related to the hotel services and amenities.
• Assist in organizing special events or celebrations for guests.
• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage guest accounts and handle payments as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

• 2+ years experience in the hospitality industry
