Responsibilities
Enhance guest services through effective training programs for staff.
Monitor service standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Represent the hotel in community and industry events.
Review and implement hotel policies and procedures.
Lead crisis management during operational issues.
Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and stock levels.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Hospitality Management certification is preferred
