Job Description

As the Hospitality Manager at Luxury Stays Hotel, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience. You will lead a passionate team, manage budgets, and drive service excellence in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance guest services through effective training programs for staff.
  • Monitor service standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategize to boost revenue through increased occupancy and service offerings.
  • Represent the hotel in community and industry events.
  • Review and implement hotel policies and procedures.
  • Lead crisis management during operational issues.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and stock levels.
  • Organise staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Hospitality Management certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in supervisory roles within hospitality
