We are seeking a skilled Citrus Fruit Colorer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal of citrus fruits by applying food-safe coloring agents. Your work will directly impact product presentation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate coloring agents are available.
• Participate in regular maintenance of machinery used for coloring.
• Assist in conducting trials for new coloring agents and techniques.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
• Support other production functions as needed.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required.
• Food hygiene certification preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience operating fruit-coloring machinery
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
