Assembler and Fabricator

Job Description

As an Assembler and Fabricator, you will be instrumental in creating bespoke fitness equipment tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will engage in the assembly and testing of equipment, ensuring high quality and safety standards are met. Your role will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our training programs.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble various types of fitness machines using specified materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in assembly.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Coordinate with inventory management to ensure availability of required parts.
• Assist in creating prototypes for new fitness equipment designs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Support adherence to timelines for production and assembly deadlines.
• Report any defects or malfunctioning parts to management immediately.
• Implement various assembly techniques to enhance quality and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in mechanical trades is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in assembly or fabricating roles.

Technical Skills

• Machinery Operation

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
