We are looking for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our clinic in Aberdeen. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will provide high-quality medical care to a diverse range of animals. You will perform surgeries, conduct examinations, and implement treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Perform dental procedures and surgeries.
• Administer anaesthesia and monitor pets post-surgery.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and staff.
• Document and maintain accurate records of treatments.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Assist in the training of interns and new staff members.
• Contribute to the clinic’s quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the pharmacy department in managing medications.
• Attend veterinary conferences as a representative of the clinic.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Specialisation in Surgery preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of veterinary experience preferred

• Anaesthesia Management

Certifications

• European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
