Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Biochemist to join our dynamic research team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our R&D initiatives, focusing on developing new therapeutic drugs and conducting biochemical analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate new biochemical compounds.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate research collaboration.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining research findings and methodologies.
• Ensure the laboratory is organised, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in biochemistry.

Requirements

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
• A Master's or higher is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical research is an advantage
