Setter Helper

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Setter Helper to join our production team. The Setter Helper plays a vital role in assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced machinery, ensuring smooth operations on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist setters in setting up and dismantling machinery.
• Conduct quality control checks on products.
• Support the production team in achieving output targets.
• Report any issues or concerns immediately to supervisors.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles: Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with CNC machinery: Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery is beneficial.
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques: Familiarity with welding techniques will be advantageous.
