Job Description

Join us as a Computerized Mill Recorder, responsible for managing computerized mill recording systems. You will play an essential role in guaranteeing the accuracy of mill operations data. A strong background in operating such systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor mill operations through computerized recording systems to ensure precise data collection.
  • Develop reports that provide insights on operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to enhance recording processes.
  • Provide training sessions for new operators on computerized systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software issues and propose solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Support management in strategic planning through data analysis.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects aimed at maximising productivity.
  • Work on continuous quality improvement goals and objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment logs and inventory management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred qualifications in engineering or manufacturing.
Experience
  • Experience in mill operations or data recording is beneficial.
