Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operation and maintenance of black oxide coating equipment. Your expertise will ensure that metal components receive high-quality finishes. You will monitor the coating process closely and perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Perform quality checks on coated components and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Assist in keeping a well-organized workspace and adhere to maintenance schedules.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Maintain a detailed record of production quantities and material usage.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations.

Requirements

Education

• Prior experience in operating black oxide coating equipment

Experience

• Experience with other coating techniques (e.g., powder coating, electroplating) is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of metallurgy and surface treatment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

• Strong organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
