Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Birmingham facility. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including loading and unloading goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and be proactive in ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to specific orders.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
• Help to implement and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist in the organization of warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any discrepancies in orders before shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational productivity.

Requirements

Education

• General education equivalent (e.g., GCSEs)

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

• Inventory Management
• Forklift Operation

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
