Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Sunderland facility. You will be responsible for inventory control, process optimization, and managing a team to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of warehouse management and operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels and stock movements.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Manage budgets and control costs associated with warehousing.
• Evaluate warehouse technology and processes for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork within the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations or management

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Management
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems for managing warehouse operations.
