Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled White Metal Caster to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of white metal casting processes and techniques, and possess the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, melt, and pour white metal into pre-prepared molds.
• Conduct inspections on castings to maintain quality assurance.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Train and guide junior staff in casting techniques and safety practices.
• Collaborate with the design team to modify molds as per specifications.
• Utilise CAD and casting simulation software when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in advanced metal casting techniques is a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in white metal casting.

Technical Skills

• Melting Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Metallurgy and Alloy Compositions: Understanding of various alloys and their properties.
