Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries and issues effectively, ensuring a high first-contact resolution rate.
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and database management.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and report them to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education qualifications preferred (university degree is a plus)
Experience
  • Previous experience in IT support or call centre environment is preferred
