Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Manage customer queries and issues effectively, ensuring a high first-contact resolution rate.
Assist in maintaining customer records and database management.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions.
Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Identify patterns in customer issues and report them to management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
Education
Higher education qualifications preferred (university degree is a plus)
Experience
Previous experience in IT support or call centre environment is preferred
