Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Clinical Operations Planner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective operational processes that enhance patient care and improve overall service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to streamline clinical operations, optimise resources, and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of current clinical operations and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish operational objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions related to clinical processes.
  • Utilise data analytics to drive informed decision-making in clinical operations.
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders regarding operational updates.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Ensure patient safety standards are strictly adhered to.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is an added advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with operational focus
