Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Tax Compliance Manager to lead our compliance initiatives. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring adherence to regulations, and spearheading team development at Tax Innovations Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise tax compliance operations to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
  • Review and enhance internal controls for tax compliance.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the firm.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Train staff on best practices in tax compliance and customer service.
  • Facilitate client meetings and tax planning sessions.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new services.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in tax or accounting roles.
