Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our passionate team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues and providing excellent care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Examine animals and diagnose medical conditions.
  • Carry out surgical operations and follow-up care.
  • Develop treatment plans and administer medications.
  • Educate pet owners on health management and dietary needs.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to improve animal welfare.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • RCVS registration required
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a veterinary setting
