Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Mobile Product Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive user interfaces and experiences for mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver outstanding digital products that engage users and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various mobile projects, from conception to launch.
• Utilise analytics and user feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions.
• Develop user personas and user journey maps to guide design strategy.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and promote design best practices.
• Assist in marketing materials with design insights for product launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and information architecture.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design projects.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mobile and digital product design
