Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. This role involves designing and implementing extraction strategies, working closely with geoscientists and other engineers to optimise production.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise production enhancement strategies across various operations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure effective implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Manage and oversee projects to ensure they meet budgetary and time constraints.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies for drilling and extraction.
  • Engage with contractors and suppliers for sourcing equipment and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in the oil and gas sector
