We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. This role involves designing and implementing extraction strategies, working closely with geoscientists and other engineers to optimise production.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimise production enhancement strategies across various operations.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
Work closely with field teams to ensure effective implementation of engineering solutions.
Manage and oversee projects to ensure they meet budgetary and time constraints.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies for drilling and extraction.
Engage with contractors and suppliers for sourcing equipment and services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience
5+ years of related experience in the oil and gas sector
