Job Description
As a Lard Bleacher, you will play a crucial role in purifying and whitening lard used in food production. Your work will involve utilizing various bleaching techniques to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the final product.
Responsibilities
Oversee the lard bleaching process to ensure optimum quality.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Train new staff on the operation of bleaching equipment and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain detailed records of production outputs and quality tests.
Assist in maintaining inventory of bleaching agents and other materials.
Report any discrepancies in quality and recommend solutions.
Support the quality assurance team during audits and inspections.
Continue professional development in lard processing techniques.
Engage in team meetings to discuss production targets and performance.
Requirements
Education
Certificates in food safety or lard processing preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
