Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Clinical Instructor to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and deliver engaging clinical training sessions.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning opportunities in real clinical settings.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to align training with industry needs.
  • Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into training.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide academic support.

  • Conduct research on educational methodologies to improve training effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all instructional materials are up to date and relevant.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
  • Valid nursing license
  • Instructor certification or related qualifications
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical education role.
