We are seeking a skilled Refractory Mixer to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare and mix refractory materials, ensuring adherence to protocols and specifications. This position demands a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of material properties.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjust mixing formulas based on production needs.
• Work with other departments to coordinate material flow.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor the mixing process and adjust as necessary to maintain quality.
• Assist in the development of new mixing materials and processes.
• Mentor junior operators to foster skill development within the team.

Requirements

Experience

• Previous experience in refractory mixing or related field is desired
