We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our Birmingham office. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, managing our online presence, and engaging with our community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in increasing brand awareness and driving engagement through creative content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
  • Conduct market research to identify audience preferences and trends.
  • Coordinate with external partners for social media promotions.
  • Create and manage contests, giveaways, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Facilitate training for team members on effective social media engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands
