Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Salesperson to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for selling parts and accessories, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while processing parts sales.
Assist customers with their automotive parts needs and provide solutions.
Maintain, monitor, and replenish inventory stock as needed.
Quickly handle returns and customer complaints with professionalism.
Document sales performances and report back to the Sales Manager.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge.
Create and maintain relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
Utilize point of sale systems for transaction processing.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the sales area.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
Experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
