Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Salesperson to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for selling parts and accessories, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while processing parts sales.
  • Assist customers with their automotive parts needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain, monitor, and replenish inventory stock as needed.
  • Quickly handle returns and customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Document sales performances and report back to the Sales Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge.
  • Create and maintain relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
  • Utilize point of sale systems for transaction processing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the sales area.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Languages
  • English: Fluent
