Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Engineering Supplies Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for selling a diverse range of engineering supplies to both new and existing clients, utilising your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and ensure follow-up on leads.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to aid their purchasing decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Engineering or similar qualification is advantageous.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
